Based in Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Conditioning, performance flexibility will help you gain the flexibility you need as an athlete, performer, or just to feel more free in your body. Learn specific stretches and techniques to increase your range of motion in your hips, hamstrings, spine, neck, shoulders – basically anywhere you want to be more flexible.
